- Track household softened water usage over time
- Identify fluctuations and peaks in water consumption patterns
- View current water flow rates
- Access detailed water consumption data segmented by day, week, and month
- Implement usage controls to prevent excess consumption during periods such as vacations
SYSTEM SETTINGS AND ALERTS
- Configure notifications to alert you about low salt levels and upcoming maintenance requirements
- Adjust system parameters including language preferences, time settings, and water hardness units
- Retrieve technical information such as serial number, total volume processed, software version, and regeneration history
INITIAL SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
- Account Registration: Create an account by entering your details or sign in if you already possess one. Confirm registration via email verification.
- Adding Water Softener Devices: Input the appliance’s serial number and your personal PIN to register it within the app. Follow on-screen prompts to link additional devices as needed. To connect, activate WiFi mode on your softener, temporarily connect your mobile device to the appliance’s WiFi network, input your home WiFi credentials, then revert your device to your usual network.
